2. We’ll give you a call to confirm your order, walk you through cut options, and email you info about your steer.

3. Your beef is butchered and packed where it ages for 10–14 days for exceptional flavor and tenderness.

4. We’ll contact you to decide exactly how you want your beef processed.

5. Pick it up, pack your freezer, and eat like royalty.
