We Feed the Animals, You Feed Your Family
Our animals are born and raised on our family farm in Litchfield, Michigan. They enjoy a high-quality diet, closely monitored by our nutritionist every week. When the weather’s right, our cows roam the pasture. Otherwise, they’re housed in free-stall barns, bedded weekly with clean beach sand, and have constant access to fresh food and water.
We process our retail butchered beef primarily through CARNICO in Litchfield, Michigan — a USDA-inspected, family-owned facility that serves farms and wholesale businesses throughout southern Michigan. Carnico specializes in processing, packaging, private labeling, co-packing, and product development, with the capability to smoke meats and produce specialty sausages and cured meats in their state-of-the-art drying room. Your beef is carefully dry-aged for 10–14 days before cutting, packaging, and heading home with you.
