Every day, they enjoy a high-quality, balanced diet tailored by our nutritionist and checked weekly to keep them healthy, growing strong, and living their best lives.

When the sun’s shining and the weather’s good, you’ll find our cows out roaming the pastures. When it’s not, they stay comfortable in free-stall barns, bedded fresh each week with clean beach sand and with constant access to fresh food and clean water. Happy animals make better meat — it’s as simple as that.

When it comes time for processing, we trust our friends at CARNICO FOODS in Litchfield. It’s a USDA-inspected, family-owned facility that’s built its reputation serving farms and wholesale businesses across southern Michigan. CARNICO FOODS handles our retail butchered beef and hogs with care, specializing in processing, packaging, private labeling, and co-packing.

CARNICO FOODS has a state-of-the-art drying room for smoking meats and crafting specialty sausages and cured products. Every cut of our beef is dry-aged for 10–14 days to lock in that rich, natural flavor before it’s cut, packaged, and ready for your table.
