Heritage Ridge Pepper Jack Cheese is a blend of Jalapeno peppers and Monterey jack cheese. This product is hot, melts well and is great for snacking and sandwiches. Pepper Jack was named Grand Champion Cheese in the 2017 NMPF Championship Cheese Contest.
Crafted on site in Middlebury, Indiana, made from the milk produced in part from the cows on our own dairy farm.
