Salsa Jack is a Colby based cheese with an exciting and delicious infusion of red and green jalapeño peppers, onion, garlic, parsley, and cilantro to create a wonderful creamy and spicy cheese.

Crafted on site in Middlebury, Indiana, made from the milk produced in part from the cows on our own dairy farm.
